On Friday, at our Second Slavic Baptist Church, we held a special evening of support for widows and people who are alone. It was more than just a meeting — it was a space filled with warmth, care, and the presence of God’s love.
We came together to:
- support one another,
- listen and understand,
- pray and strengthen our faith,
- share peace and hope,
- offer a sense of belonging and family.
During the meeting, words of comfort were shared, prayers were offered, there was heartfelt fellowship, sincere testimonies, and an atmosphere in which everyone could feel valued and not alone. Many shared that they received what they had been missing for a long time — warmth, attention, and encouragement.
Why should you come next time?
- You will feel support and understanding.
- You will find new friends and a spiritual family.
- You will receive encouragement through God’s Word and prayer.
- You will discover that you are not alone.
We truly believe that such gatherings bring healing and strength to continue the journey.
We invite you to our next meeting on May 8–9.
If you are experiencing loss, loneliness, or simply need warm fellowship — come! We will be glad to welcome everyone. Here you will be received with love and respect.
