“Living according to a Worthy Goal” – this was the theme of the first youth conference for the Slavic churches in Spain. The youth came from Torrevieja, Valencia, Barcelona, Saragoza, Seville, one girl came from France, two girls from London, and a few people from Poland. The conference took place on May 30 to June 1. During these three days, God did more than we were asking for.
During the conference, we looked at the four key areas:
1. Evangelism (principles and methods)
2. Small groups
3. «Discipleship groups»
4. «Goose bumps»
Live fellowship. Questions which we genuinely seeking to find answers to.
Theme, «goose bumps» — hit a bull’s eye within the hearts of youth.
Leaders — strong, resourceful, dedicated.
Youth — those who want to serve and who are burning for Christ.
Fellowship lasted well into the night, especially among those who truly yearn for Christian fellowship.
These three days had a lot of everything: Word of God, prayer, sports, and worship, but best of all, there was an awareness of God’s presence within the sincere hearts.
People of God, please pray for our churches in Spain so that the Lord would work mightily through them!!!
